At our Women’s Health at Valley View locations, we provide both pre- and postnatal yoga as a restorative practice to unite the mind, body, and spirit before and after childbirth. Accentuating core strength, pelvic floor work, and breathing exercises, prenatal yoga can aid in the birthing process and provide effective techniques for internal and external strength.
